WhereToLive.us is an informational city-comparison website. Standard server and security logs can process IP address, browser, device, requested path, and timestamp information. The site automatically uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, local storage, fingerprinting, or personal data.

Privacy-limited Google Analytics sends cookieless page measurements while analytics storage is denied. Allowing analytics cookies through the persistent Privacy choices control enables richer visit, session, and general-action measurement. Query strings and URL fragments are removed. Search terms, selected or saved cities, salary, debt, transportation, rent, affordability values, and comparison contents are not sent. Google Signals, advertising storage, and advertising-personalization signals remain disabled for this Analytics tag.

Advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to measure ads, prevent abuse, and serve relevant ads where permitted. Where required by law, consent must be gathered before personalized advertising is used.

Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Moulton Holdings LLC does not sell calculator inputs or city-search terms. Links to Census, BLS, Google, Cloudflare, and other external services are governed by those services' own privacy practices.
